Day 1 : Tangier - Assilah - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes
You will get the opportunity to partake in one of the greatest experiences Morocco has to offer with our Tangier desert tours (Linda Morocco Tours). Our five-day Tangier desert tour starts at 8 a.m. when our knowledgeable, and multilingual driver picks you up in our air-conditioned car from your Tangier hotel. We will go past the small coastal village of Assilah, which is well-known among tourists for its tranquil ambiance. It is well-known for both its vibrant and fruitful coral reefs and its stunning blue, historic Medina by the Atlantic Ocean. Spanish culture has had a significant influence on Assilah's architecture and legacy. We will also travel to Meknes, the Ismaili capital of Morocco, where the enormous Bab Mansour door, the bustling Lhdim square, the Mausoleum Moulay Ismail, and Sahrij Souani are situated. We will take you to see the Roman city of Volubilis, which is the furthest Roman settlement south of Africa, after you have lunch in Meknes. Day 2 :Full Day Guided Tour in Fes
After breakfast on the second day of our Tangier desert tours, you'll take a walking tour of Fes's Medina to see some of its most well-known sights. Twelve centuries old and a maze of more than nine thousand alleys, Fes's medina is a significant part of the Arabic and Islamic worlds. Our Fes Medina walking tour will concentrate on the following major monuments: Bab Bou Jeloud, "The Blue Gate" of Fez, the most well-known entryway of the Medina and exquisitely embellished with traditional mosaic and carvings, stunning fountains with Andalusian architectural styles, such as the Nejjarine fountain, Medersas (Koranic school) and mosque, which was founded in the early's of the 13th century and offers a great example of the beauty of Arabic-Andalusian architecture and mosaic, Qarawiyinne university and mosque, which was the first university in the world according to UNESCO and is considered to be one of the biggest and most influential mosques in Morocco, Africa, and the whole Islamic world Batha Palace, now a museum of fine arts and traditional handicrafts, the Chouara Tanneries, which are emblematic of Fes, and the souks, such as Souk Attarine, one of the liveliest in the city and home to an enormous assortment of spices and dry plants, are all worth visiting. Day 3 : Fes - Ifrane- Azrou- Ziz Valley - Merzouga
With our driver from Linda Morocco Tours you will depart from Fes at 7 am to Ifrane, one of Morocco's most picturesque cities (known as the Switzerland of Morocco due to its winter climate, stunning scenery, and incredible architecture). From there, we go to Midelt via Azrou and the Middle Atlas's cedar forest, where you might see herds of Barbary apes, or monkeys. After lunch in Midelt, a town renowned for its delicious apples, we will cross the Tizi-n-Talent mountain and enter the Ziz Valley, which is dotted with long oasis and palm trees. Admire the "ksars" or castles of the several Berber towns that we stop at along the way. We pass through the adobe-colored city of Er-Rachidia, making stops to see kasbahs and palm groves along the way. In the afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga, where camels are waiting for you to embark on another adventure into the deep desert dunes to see the magnificent sunset. After arriving at the desert camp, unwind and enjoy dinner over a pit fire while locals play drums.Finally spend the night in the tent.
Day 4 : Merzouga-Tinejdad-Todra Gorges-Boumalne Dades
Get up early so that you can see the sunrise from the top of a dune in the Sahara. After these beautiful and unique moments, you will have breakfast and then ride a camel back to the hotel, where you may relax with a shower. On our way to Tinghir, we pass through Erfoud and Tinejdad, where we may pause to have lunch. In the afternoon, we'll proceed to the Todra Gorges. stopping along the road to take in the view and take panoramic pictures. Arrival at Todra Gorges to hike and enjoy the Canyons' amazing views. Later on, we're going to Dades Valley to check into the hotel and eat dinner.
Day 5 : Boumalne Dades-Kelaa M’gouna-Ouarzazate-Ait Benhaddou-Tizi N’tichka Pass-Marrakech
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, begin your last day of the desert desert from Tangier to Marrakech. We'll pass through Skoura and Kelaa M'gouna, once you've taken in the vast view of Taourirt's kasbah and inhaled the sweet scent of flowers, get your cameras ready for yet another photo op at the Atlas film studios in Ouarzazate. After that, you'll visit the stunning Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, which is recognised as a Unesco World Heritage Site, and have a delectable lunch at one of the village's restaurants. We will cross the high Atlas Mountains and the Tizi N'tichka Pass (2260 metres above sea level) on our afternoon journey to Marrakech, the end of your Tangier Desert Tour with Linda Morocco Tours.
